1. Do you need to open account to send us cases?

Currently there is no need to open an account with us in order to send us your cases.

2. What’s the best way to package models or impressions?

In order to prevent breakages when sending models to us, we highly recommend wrapping each individual model in plenty of bubblewrap and boxing them well. If sending us impressions, please ensure they are placed in a sealed ziploc bag and placed in a box. If you require any of our boxes in which to send your cases to us, please let us know and we’ll happily deliver them to you.

3. How do we organise pickup and delivery?

If you are within the Sydney basin, we will come and pick up and deliver your finished cases to you. Give us a call or book your collection online. If you are interstate or intrastate, we have found that the best way to get cases to us is via Express Post. This is also how you will receive your cases. Tracking can be provided if requested.

4. Can we cater for rush orders?

Absolutely! If you are after a case in a rush, please let us know so we can organise it for you.

5. What are our turnaround times?

Ordinarily, we have a 7 (working days) turnaround for most appliances. During peak times (usually leading up to the end of year holidays), we may require some extra time to complete some cases. However, we endeavour to stick to the 7 days turnaround during this time.

6. Do we accept scans or digital impressions?

We do. We accept Trios and iTero scans. If you have a trios system, search under labs for Simply Ortho Lab in your 3Shape portal. If you have a iTero system, your Cadent rep can add us to your system. If you have other scanners that output stl files, please contact us to arrange for a dropbox to be created for your surgery.

7. Do we outsource to other labs in Australia or overseas?

No, absolutely not. We believe that supporting the Australian dental industry is vital to maintain the highest quality appliances for your patients. We do not ever outsource any work to other labs or overseas. All materials used in the work produced by us is listed on the ARTG.

8. Where can you get lab forms or colour charts?

Easy…head to the downloads page. Everything you need is there. If you can’t find something, give us a call and we’ll help you.
